Week 17

How far along? 17 weeks

Total weight gain/loss: up 2 lbs. (it feels like much more)

Maternity clothes? Nope

Stretch marks: None

Best moment this week: Feeling baby kick after a little bit of Dr. Pepper -haha I'm terrible I know.

Miss anything?  Walking up the stairs makes me short of breath... it's so sad!

Movement? YAY!! Yes! It was amazing. Baby was kicking for 15 minutes.

Food cravings:  I've eaten steak a couple times this pregnancy. It just sounds good! Weird.

Anything making you queasy or sick:  Chow Mein teriyaki beef noodles. Seriously almost threw up and they used to be my favorite.

Have you started to show: Yes! The bump is HUGE.

Gender: We'll know next week! The string gender test says a boy, but the Chinese gender calendar says a girl.

Labor signs: None

Belly button in or out? in.

Wedding ring on or off? on.

Happy or moody most of the time?  umm..  kind of moody. Had to apologize for being a little dramatic to the hubby this week.

Looking forward to: We have a new doctor!! I've heard nothing but good things about him and we have our first appointment with him this Wednesday :) I can't wait! 

And since my husband is such a good sport, he let me do an update on him and the changes he's experienced during our pregnancy...

Stretch marks: Not yet :)

Best moment this week: Throwing the football with Jake

Miss anything? He has to get up in the middle of the night with me to go to the bathroom since our stairs scare me -so, sleeping through the night.

Movement? He felt a small kick with me Thursday night!

Food cravings:  Roast, potatoes and gravy.

Anything making you queasy or sick:  Cashews and Pistachios.

Have you started to show: "Yes... but I'm not sure if it's a baby or not."

Gender: He thinks it's going to be a girl.

Labor signs: None

Belly button in or out? in.

Wedding ring on or off? off. He's switched to a different ring.

Happy or moody most of the time? Happy.
